for the busy person who doesn’t have time to visit and view
rental property inspections in the Northern Rivers area.
All inspections come with a comprehensive report and any additional
information you may require about the property.
Inspection fee is $150 per property, and includes three photos
of your request eg kitchen, backyard, bathroom. Additional photos
incur a $5 per photo fee.
Travel costs for first 20kms is free, then 50c per
k/m will be charged.
This service must be pre-paid. Account
transfer details will be provided on booking an inspection.
